Background:

The PRSP Secretariat underpins the government's institutional mechanism for poverty monitoring. The PRSP Secretariat has been mandated with the overall lead in coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and tracking the implementation of the PRSP; and reporting progress on anti-poverty public expenditures, intermediate social indicators, and final outcomes. A critical input in achieving the targets set out in the PRSP is the effective utilization of anti-poverty public expenditures.

The purpose of the Strengthening PRS Monitoring project is to strengthen institutional capacities for results-based monitoring and evaluation of poverty reduction strategies (PRS).

• Designing of website for SPRSMP (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chapter)
• Developing the interface
• Developing Blog/Forum for getting feedback & interaction with stakeholders
• Developing contents (Pictorial, Graphical etc.)
• Optimization of Search Engine
• Uploading of documents, photos , videos, newspaper clippings etc. as and when required
• Registration of Domain Name (i.e. government)
• Hosting for 2 years
• Maintenance of website for 1 year
• Keep tracking of visitors
• Linking with SPRSM Federal Office Website
• Social Media Integration and auto updates
• Regular updating of text (programme contents to be provided by SPRSM-KP staff)

Qualification:

The candidate should have:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
• Minimum of Two years of commercial web page development experience
• Must possess strong skills in web development/designing software & packages
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Supervision:
The Consultant will work under the guidance and supervision of the Provincial Project Manager.
